EGG HARBOR, WI - July 11, 2008—
Liberty Square, the popular new 14,000 square-foot dining, shopping, art and entertainment complex in Egg Harbor has announced that acclaimed San Francisco cabaret singer and versatile female vocalist Lauren Carley will appear at the facility for 21 performances this summer.
Seven of Carley's appearances will be part of Liberty
Square's new Bravissima Italian dinner series. The Bravissima
dinners will feature authentic Italian food, including
a salad, cheeses, sausages, a traditional entrée - Pollo
Vesuvio, a selection of wines and dessert.
Following dinner, Carley and her accompanist Chris Salerno, a member of the music faculty at The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, will provide an hour of Italian-themed music.

The remaining Bravissima dinners
are scheduled for July 13, 17, 24, 31, August 3 and
14. The Bravissima dinners are by reservation only and
are priced at $75 per person, which includes the food,
wine and performance. Reservations are required. Please
call Liberty Square at 868-4800, extension 105 to make
reservations.
In addition to the Bravissima Italian dinner series,
Carley will perform another 14 times over the summer.
Some of these appearances will be outside on Liberty
Square's expansive deck and veranda, some will be inside
The Board Room and some will be in other venues at Liberty
Square. All but the Bravissima Dinner performances are
free and open to the public. The remaining free performances
are July 11, 28, 20, 25 and 27, August 1, 7, 8, 10,
and 15.
