Paris Nights, three elaborate dinners to be held on
July 23, August 10, and October 17 in the exquisit Board Room at Liberty Square
in Egg Harbor, is a celebration of a grand French tradition, spectacular food
combinations and perfectly matched wines.
Four courses of Julie Child's inspired French cooking matched with luscious
French wines and French music are woven together to create a medley of magical
moments on each “Paris Night.” Food and
wine combinations have been meticulously chosen to elicit taste experiences that
even seasoned connoisseurs will find exciting and wonderfully delicious.
This multi-course culinary extravaganza begins with a carefully selected array
of classical French cheeses and wines followed by Coco Vin combined with appropriate
selections of wine and ending with an incredibly complex chocolate dessert, Julia's
famous Le Succès, paired with a velvety smooth rich Sauterne wine.

A short discussion of each wine featured
during the evening encourages diners to experience the extra enjoyment of knowing
the wine’s origins and character and to delight in its spectacular simpatico with
each bite of food at every step of each course.
Performer, Chris Salerno, a multi talented member of the music faculty at The
University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, will add to the glorious ambience of food,
wine, and atmosphere, with wonderful music played on Liberty Square’s classic
1913 Chickering Baby Grand Piano. Vocal presentations will evoke fond memories
of Paris nights gone by or fantasies of those to come.

of the dinners and entertainment is limited to 40. The price of $59.00 per person
includes wine, dinner, dessert, entertainment and gratuity. Come as a group, a
pair, or as a single and meet new Door County friends. Arrangements can be made
to have groups sit together. Table pairings will enable all to enjoy the evening
and their dinner companions, whether new or familiar.
The Board Room at Liberty Square
