Now, visitors and residents
can enjoy the splendors of Door County's natural and
cultural history with a small-group guided tour.
Tours are conveniently arranged with a naturalist guide
and comfortable transportation aboard an 18-passenger
minibus for $39 per person. Meet in The Bistro and enjoy
breakfast or lunch with your tour group with indiviudal
ordering at menu prices.

- On this tour you’ll
experience spectacular water views, the rocky and
precipitous Niagara Escarpment, rural agricultural
landscapes, the woodland wildflowers and birds of
Peninsula State Park, historical highlights of a
quaint Door County village and more with your on-board
Naturalist and in the comforts of your spacious
minibus with 360 degrees of windows.
Tour Rating: Very easy, optional short hike.
- On this tour you’ll
experience a cross section of the County from bayshore
to lakeshore. We criss-cross the County to a remote
but definitely one of Door County’s finest
golden beaches, we meander through rural agricultural
landscapes, and take a short hike to view woodland
wildflowers and birds of Newport State Park. Also,
enjoy the rural historical highlights and a quaint
Door County village and more with an on board naturalist
in the comforts of your spacious minibus with 360
degrees of windows.
Tour Rating: Easy
- This tour offers
the more curious nature seeker a chance to experience
a few of Door County’s lesser known, but not
less interesting natural gems in the County’s
crown of natural jewels. Some of the Door’s
lesser known parks and natural areas possess natural
features seen no where else in the County. Tour
includes a relaxing hike through mature beech–maple
and wetland forests to the County’s most significant
wetland preserves. Also included is a drive through
a rolling field of glacial drumlins and visits to
several different water environments.
Tour Rating: Moderate
Seasonal stops for wildflowers, birds, geological, and
historical features differentiate all DC EcoTours.
